Is there any more information I can give out to help you identify the problem? I've tried re-installing SourceMod / MetaMod and the entire server base but the problem still arises.

I find it strange that I'm the only one experiencing this issue.

I have same problem with tf2 linux server. Sourcemod-1.0.0.
If admin change name he get access to admin's commands.

Example:
Reflex entered the game (no admin)
Reflex change name to Ref-lex (no admin)
Ref-lex change name to Reflex (admin)

There is 5 admins. Before last tf2 update all be fine. But after tf2 update SM has refused to work and server owner update SM to v 1.0.0

It is possible to become admin after change of a name to another and changes to an initial name.
