now i have one more question, a little bigger one:
it is possible that the server will know if the first half or the second half over?
for example, after 15 rounds the first half will over, and than when one of the teams reached the winlimit of 16 winnings, it will disconnect everyone from the server and if the game over with draw (15-15), it will swap the teams again..???

Disconnect players is a bad idea, better idea would be either to change the map, either to randomize teams.

its not public server, i will explain:
i have server that i run in it matches (5 vs 5 games, mr15 rules, the first team who get 16 round-winning - wins the match).
the match include two halfs - first half 15 rounds (the score could be 8-7 for exp) and the second half runs untill one of the teams reached 16 total wins and i want that when the match is over, the server kick everyone and be empty untill the next match.
the server is only for matches like that..

Imho the best thing to do in that case wold be for some message to popup when the game is over announcing which of the teams won and what is the final score.

Even more, wold be great to change both teams at spectators once the game is over and kick them in like 20 seconds (afk kicker script).

I also do clan war games on my server daily ..which is using Clanwarsettings script (for server setup ...freeze time ,camera mode etc) and a plugin named clansort which changes clans (after clan tag) to tero/CT via commands. . . so , since those things ware possible i also think there wold be possible for a mighty leet script which wold do all....just that we need some1 with free time and devotion for such a thing

This is a huge challenge but imho worth to spend the time if you are really able to do it.We tried to do something like this but we failed ....and if there is a place where you can get such a thing it wold be here.
