1795 isn't really a fix, its a maintenance, we had some missing headers on some files.

I haven't been able to get this to happen so far.

I've got a very basic idea of what MIGHT be the issue.

Seems to be really strange, I will spend some more time on it tonight disabling everything again and testing.

Could it be anything to do with the maps.cfg file because I know it defaults to the map cycle but every map on the server isn't in the map cycle.

All Nextmap should care about is that sm_nextmap is set to a valid map. It doesn't check if the map is in the cycle, just that it is valid.

Anyways, your log files show that nextmap is TRYING to change the map to what MapChooser picked. I'm not sure why it isn't happening just yet.

Hi Ferret

I'm still struggling with this when you say you have an idea what it might be is there anything I can do to test what your thinking it is? I'm no coder well in this language anyway but if there is anything I can do to try and sort the problem I'm willing to give it a go

Thanks

Update: Think I have found the problem it appears to be either estools or eventscripts with no scripts running that is causing this issue, I forgot I was running those plugins so disabled all scripts and the problem still occured, I then deleted the vdf files for both and setnextmap worked.

I am going to experiment with this and narrow it down to exactly which one is causing it.

Its es_tools causing the problem when I enabled that plugin nextmap stopped working again, is there anyway I can make them work together that you know of?

Update Again:
Just installed version .417a of es_tools and this works fine, but if anyone knows a way to make it work with es_tools 418 I would appreciate it
