Use the lastest snapshot of SM. I can verify that 3832 is working just fine.

Yes it worked! To anyone that has problems, do this, delete your current addons and cfg folders. Download SourceMod : 1.5.0.3832, and Metamod 1.10.838. Download those, place them in the cstrike folder. And you're good to go. Thanks for the help!

How do I update my servers? I don't understand the Valve tutorial I tried doing this but it just gives an error

I have made my own folder on my desktop for my SteamCMD if that's to any help.

in front of the steamcmd makes no sense. steamcmd is an executable itself. You don't tell srcds to run steamcmd.

Your commandline should look something like this:

steamcmd +login anonymous +force_install_dir C:\srcds\css\ +app_update 232330 validate +quit

Also don't install steamcmd in the same directory as your srcds server.
