changed some offsets and server works now but have many errors.

L 08/18/2017 - 0342: [CSTRIKE] Invalid detour address passed - Disabling detour to prevent crashes
L 08/18/2017 - 0342: [CSTRIKE] HandleCommand_Buy_Internal detour could not be initialized - Disabled OnBuyCommand forward

Did they change any ports ? I'm getting Retrying connection on public server, I also downloaded a new fresh server, same thing.

Even with 1v1 plugin..? All my servers work without problem, but servers where i use multi arena 1v1 plugin crashes

you'll need to wait until someone finds the correct new offsets for:

ClanTagOffset
and/or
SetClanTag

in gamedata/sm-cstrike.games/game.csgo.txt file

that said, my servers are on linux too and a plugin that has the following line in its code runs perfectly on my servers:

CS_SetClientClanTag(client, g_sChangeTag);

it crashes on certain commands. I have tested this. One known command to crash is /slay but its a great workaround to at least have your servers running. Just watch out for your admin commands.
