put the addons folder in the cstrike folder not in the root folder

heres the problem, it is installed exactly as said.

restart the server, and any player, no matter if they are in the cfg or not, can have complete access to the admin commands.

i joined big worms server, he does not have me in his admin list, and i have total admin of the server, i can kick, ban change maps, client exec, svexec. why does it give all admin? do we need to have the steam id of every joe schmo that enters the server? if thats the case, this is obsolete for pub servers

talon....I use recongamer as well and we donot have access to that bin. I submitted it as an addon so if my server gets it, I will post back to let you know.

I use recongamer also...
Addons folder and put the vdf file in there and make the vdf file point to the dll in the addons folder.
