mmsource-1.8.0.tar.gz not in gzip format

Hi,

I have several copies of Metamod:Source v. 1.8 on my server for some time now.
Being on a new box today, I downloaded the archive from http://www.sourcemm.net/downloads and tried to unpack it - but that "didn't work"™

Here is what I did:

$ wget http://www.sourcemm.net/downloads/mmsource-1.8.0.tar.gz
[..]
$ tar -xvzf mmsource-1.8.0.tar.gz 

gzip: stdin: not in gzip format
tar: Child returned status 1
tar: Error exit delayed from previous errors

I just used the already unpacked stuff from the other box and it runs fine, but I wanted to let you know of this.
I hope I shouldn't have filed a bug for this

PS:
Just from curiosity I tried to unpack the archive on my mac (OS 10.6) with the same result.
I also didn't spot some good old Checksum(s), maybe that'll be a good idea?
