Since i have not tested AMX Mod X yet in this update but someone said that it's working perfectly fine for them tho.
The problem is, that some of the plugins could possibly affected since some of the codes have changed inside the game so it's probably incompatible, unless the author updates his/her own plugins actually.
It's best to say that you need to switch to older version if it's not working well for you.
