I've been to other servers where typing something such as !donate will open a MOTD style window in game. I'm looking for something similar just to display server rules. Anything out here?

I should have clarified more.

I currently use a menu for this but it causes issues for people who have 0 bound to something other than 0.
I can't really use it as a MOTD because I use pinion.
