Hi,

I play counter strike :source, mainly just with my freinds, messing about with bots, knife rounds etc. and I was wanting to download some admin tools, like source mod, so I could burn people, slap people etc. I had AMX mod X when we used to play CZ, and it worked perfectly fine. However, I downloaded meta mod and source mod, both of which seemed to install fine. It recognises meta mod in game, and reconises source mod. When I start up my server, its a server made using the create server button in game (a listen server?) I can bring up the sm_admin menu, use a few commands such as sm_csay etc. but I cannot slap, burn, beacon etc. people, or bots. When I type in sm_who, it says I do not have admin access. I have edited the admins_simple file, so the bottom line reads:

"STEAM_0:1:140*****" "abcdefghijklmn"

That is my steam ID retrieved by typing status on an online server, and I think those are all of the tags. I have left all of the other information on the file, but its all proceeded by //, so shouldnt make any difference.

Any help would be greatly appreciated,

*edit* forgot to mention that I can change maps, start votes etc. from the sm_admin menu, but when I clip slap player, it just closes the menu without doing anything.

Try using just the "z" flag to test.

Have tried already, have also tried not using all of the tags, no combinations work that I have tested.
