Anybody willing to rescript this plugin for me?

Hi,

I was hoping to find a coder to rewrite this plugin for me:

It is very popular in my server,but it was writen for SM1.2 and it has lots of errors now and crashes/restarts the server often.I am willing to pay/donate for anybodys service!I have the log files containing the errors if needed. Help!
