Can't change replicated ConVar sv_allow_voice_from_file from console of client, only server operator can change its value

To further clarify,

This is a cvar that has to be entered directly in the server.

You must have admin access to server.
Ways to do this in sourcemod from client:
sm_cvar sv_allow_voice_from_file 0
sm_rcon sv_allow_voice_from_file 0

To do it without sourcemod from client:
rcon_password "your rcon pass"
rcon sv_allow_voice_from_file 0

However it is recommended you set it in your server config file, since it defaults to 1

I'd like to request an edit to this plugin so that it allows players to use HLDJ and HLSS to play audio clips in setup time before the gates open at the start of a round. There's really not too much going on at this point in a game, and a little music goes a long way toward keeping things lively...when it's properly edited and formatted.

I've been in a lot of servers that automatically mute players when they play audio clips over their mikes. I agree that it's disruptive to play clips during a game, but in the setup time before the actual round starts, I think it's perfectly acceptable. Lots of responsible game-DJs understand the etiquette involved there, and only play clips before the gates are open, but they get muted along with the spammers.

As an add-on to this request, I'd be interested to know if there's some way to retool the detection system so it picks up on clips where the user hasn't done any noise-reduction using an equalizer tool.
