I am currently using sm_super_cmds and i have the original join server sound, "welcome to the server" i was wondering if i could change that to make a custom one

There are already plenty of plugins that support, connect sounds.

if you want to change the deafult "welcome to the Server" sound all you have to do is convert another song/sound to the correct format, rename to the sound you already have active, then place over welcome to the server sound and overwrite.

Alternativly you could re-compile the sp file yourself - http://www.sourcemod.net/compiler.php
