Hmm, maybe you should take a spelling course.

Other than that, I'm not a lawyer, but there's an important lesson to learn here: don't give away your money to random people on the internet!

Either you convince him to do what you want him to do or to give you the money back, or forget it I'd guess. That isn't a lot of money and fighting over it would probably not be worth it.
