isn't this like the high ping kicker? I believe this is a redunant plugin.

lpb = low ping bastard, hpb = high ping bastard. that's what we call cable/dsl and dialup players in australia.

The idea is that dialup players dont really want to be playing against dsl/cable players because the difference in performance is too great, so in Australia we have quite a few dialup-only servers where dialupers can play against ppl with similar pings to themselves.

Only problem is that some LPBs think it's cool to join a dialup-only server and wreak havoc because theyre too stupid/crap at the game to play against ppl with similar pings to themselves, so this plugin kicks them if they join.
