I created a xspf playlist file recently because I want to make a mp3 player with playlist and place it on my Tagged profile. Just the problem is, where could I upload the xspf file? I have tried to upload it on my blog (blogspot.com) but not work (it said format not supported, etc). Thanks.

Why not just use a .m3u file?
