I had set up my CSGO server by using steamcmd.exe, I ran srcds.exe withour MetaMod:Source and everything works well.
But after I installed MetaMod:Source (1.10.0), I type "meta version" in console, I see this:

I must change the map to activate MetaMod:source

then all MetaMod:Source commands cannot be used.
If I change the map (for example: "map de_inferno"), MetaMod:Source will work well.
How could this happen and what should I do for this?

Update your server again. They released an optional update after the last required one that fixes that.

Valve tends to make server-only updates optional, which doesn't let you know.

Valve has a csgo_servers mailing list that you can subscribe to, but it can be posted to by regular users as well.

Yes, you are right, not every update would has a message for me.
