66 TpS - max Player Speed 550?

Changed the Tickrate of my CSGO to 66 TpS, but it seems to limit the Player Speed to max. 550?
I know this from TF2.
Is there a Reason for this limit or some kind of workaround?

Bhop is shit at this speed xD

The max Speed in TF2 is 520, in CSGO its 550 with the 66er Tickrate, is there some kind of Relation?
