Where do you get hats for like Counter Strike Source I see them on Hells Gamers and xG jailbreak servers have their own custom hats how would I get this plugin?

I had edited a while back to see how simple it was to convert after people requested for CSS... it took 5 minutes but no one else bothered. I don't like hats anyway and really don't think it's good for CSS. I released more so people could use the code since it's no use to me.

now it wont be too exclusive...we should create a global hats plugin then, where player could earn their hats and they could use them on all supported servers

As far as something global, an option to remove special effects for a particular client would be nice. I've made a clientprefs plugin to do this if anyone would be interested in implementing it here. Veteran CS:S players don't want hats or trails or any other nonsense on their screens.
