need help to change models in CS1.6 ( It's complicated )

hello
I just want to change a models players in CS1.6 !!
I mean change models of ( gsg9 - sas - urban - gign ) (terror - leet - guerilla - arctic )
I changed it in my game I Replaced the files in ... csstrike - models - players
and I Replaced files in ... csstrike - gfx - vgui
now when I enter to my game playing with bots I can chose a new players models .

my question is can I do this in my server so that when some one enter in to my server the server download models files automatically to his computer so he can see a new models players and chose on of them to play !!

or is there any plugin can help to do that ?

I hope you Understand what I mean cuz my ing is bad

sorry but I need to change my glasses, can't read your text.. or.. can you make it bigger with attractive colors.. maybe ?
