how i know if my server is being published in masterserver valve or in another master server list?

There is only 1 Master Server List, Valve's. To check if your server is there, see the first post

right? but gives a error `"Bad Request". in start comand if i put srcds.exe -game csgo -console +ip xxxxxxxxxx +port xxxx, i will host my server in their master server ip too?

If you are getting "Bad Request" then you are formatting it incorrectly. As long as your server is installed using SteamCMD and your ports are properly forwarded, it will be listed on the Master Server List

There is no reason to use other MasterServers, just leave the file alone and don't touch it. As long as you are using the latest version from Steam of both the Client and the Server, everything will be fine

Hi my friends, I'm going insane. My server is not listing and everything is OK!
IP: 130.255.72.95:27015
I can join and play, but I can't see it in the community servers.
The server is updated, validated, VAC secure, and the API test result in success. sv_region is 3.
EDIT: I've disabled iptables, restarted the server and it's the same...
Can you help me?

The server browser doesn't list every server for a game, it lists a few (hence why there is a filters bar to filter which servers you want base on criteria), if the api says it's listed (and not rejected), then it's definitely in server browser list.
