Some Admin Panel Commands not responding? (L4D)

I have been using Source Mod for a while now with a number of games. It is set it up on my Left 4 Dead server like I have always done for other games. However I noticed last night that some of the commands in the admin menu don't respond when I hit the corresponding number keys.

I bring up the menu and I see..
1.Player Commands
2.Server Commands
3.Vote Commands

When I hit number "1", I then get the list of player commands. From there if I try number "4- Identify Player" just for example, nothing happens. If I use the server commands list and try number "3- reload admins" for example, nothing happens there either. Some commands work fine but there are others I would like to be able to use and they aren't working. I have a few custom commands as well for turning all talk on and off for example. The custom commands work fine.

Has anyone else run into this or know how to fix it?

Im having the same problem but with my "4" i doesnt work in any admin menu. Which is a pain seeing as how the admin munu looks like this 1. PLAYER COMMANDS
2. SERVER COMMANDS
3. VOTING COMMANDS
4. LEFT 4 DEAD
making the l4d option unuseable. anything that falls on the "4" line in any submenu is also inop!!

please help!!

Rebind your keys..

bind 0 "slot10"
bind 1 "slot1"
bind 2 "slot2"
bind 3 "slot3"
...

and go into your l4d options and reset your keys to the defaults. Then redo them the way you want them and never bind a number key 1-0 to anything! thats what causes this problem. Info found in several other posts here no credit to me.

Tanlar, the numbers 4-0 are not bound by default in L4D.

nevermind fix bound some and unbound outers back to sq 1

Well at least I know its not just me...

I was thinking maybe it was only specific numbers that didnt work. However I do believe in the map list you can select maps with the same number as some of the commands that dont work in another list of commands.

So I doubt its a bind thing, but I could be wrong I have no idea how it works.

I'm having the exact same problem for a while now. I get my admin menu but only keys 1-5 respond. It just started doing this out of the blue one day, before that everything worked fine. I tried resetting everything to default. Any ideas? It kind of sucks when I need to kick a player and he's in slot #7, heh. Thx in advance for any help.
