I have the version 1.3.8 of sourcemod and in my logs files i have this error:

As far as I remember the auto-update never worked. To update SM, download & extract the OS-specific package according to its release notes reachable from the download page.

Figure out why your server cannot find update.sourcemod.net (DNS settings maybe?)

becuase it's clearly reachable, http://update.sourcemod.net/update/

It finds it just fine, it can't connect to it. If it can't resolve it, you get a different error ("Error: Couldn't resolve host 'update.sourcemod.net'").

I'm guessing it's a firewall rule of some sort interfering.

Also this was fixed, during the DDoS attack sourcemod.net was down, so this was expected from servers.

The path for the updater was bugged after we brought the rest of the sites back online. I believe that I have it fixed now.
