Depend on your CS1.6 mod.. if classic only maybe around 20~40 servers 32 slots.

You'll just have to try it out and see. One major limitation you're going to need to address is the bandwidth requirement. There used to be an article that gave example bandwidth requirements per player but I can't seem to find it.
