hi there, for some reason when i type !votekick it doesnt work

Is anyone continuing this plugin? Would be nice if the player who starts the vote, can choose the bantime.

I feel so stupid...

I have installed this addon, but what is the command the user shall use when they play?
for vote map example? They need to open console to insert the command?

So stupid I`m...

I tried say votemap and nothing happend... (write is a normal message to players).
In server console no errors come up just that I have said/write "votemap".

How can I troubleshoot?

I have verified that SourceMod is installed and working correct.

I can not find out what the issue is,

I have donw these:
.cfg goes in cfg\sourcemod
.sp goes in addons\sourcemod\scripting
.smx goes in addons\sourcemod\plugins
.txt goes in addons\sourcemod\translations

Strange thing is that the plugin is not listed in the list when I type the command
sm plugins list either....

I have double checked files has been copy to correct dir also...
