How do you rig models with the tf2 bones in blender? (gmod/sfm) im new to boss-making and modeling.

It's exactly the same process as any other bone animation. The only exception is that the bones/animations are already made for you - which you can not change, thus you much make the mesh animate well over that existing bone setup. The method(s) you use can vary, be it weighing individual verts, using envelopes, painting weights, transferring weights, or whatnot.
