I've heard that my server can be blacklisted from the quick play list according to what mods it uses. The only info I can find on the subject is "the server requires 3 or more people playing in it" to be in the quick play list. Is it true that certain mods affect a server having the quick play ability?

The mod I'm looking to implement is something that uses SDKHooks to modify the damage for the auto-sniper rifles, so instead of banning them with the weapon-restrict mod, they will just be weaker. Along with that I was thinking about another SDKHooks "fun" mod that just scales up the damage velocity vector for shotgun kills.

So after some more searching I found a TF2 article: https://support.steampowered.com/kb_...2825-AFGJ-3513 specifically the part where it says that server mods can't automatically disqualify a server. So then a mod would be the safer choice!

It also seems the CSGO matchmaking is a little more lenient, since I tried it yesterday and it sent me to a surf server
