So my problem is this:

My server has been running perfectly since yesterday. Friends started messaging me telling me that my server isn't up, I checked the LAN tab, told them that I see it and it's up. They said they still can't find it, I told them to join off of me, they can join but just not find it.

Any ideas?

Also I've created a whole new folder to start a new server, no plugins or anything, still not working..

I heard it may be a problem with Valve, but no answers on how to fix.

To shorten it all up:
Server not showing up on masterlist BUT showing up in the LAN list, only way to join is directly connecting from the IP or joining off of someone in the server.

More info:

Certain people can join my server directly connecting to IP, some can't and get timed out or server not responding.

Is my server listed on the master server?

Also, if it is on your LAN and that is what IP you are giving out, that is why they cannot see it or connect to it. You must give them your external IP

I'm not giving the IP that is showing on the LAN server. I'm giving what is shown on my Server Console, only some people get in(people from all over, not local people).

But thank you, I'll check out what you sent me.

So this is what I got, not sure what it means..

Code:
{
	"response": {
		"success": true,
		"servers": [
			{
				"addr": "76.232.193.118:27015",
				"gmsindex": 65534,
				"appid": 440,
				"gamedir": "tf",
				"region": 255,
				"secure": true,
				"lan": false,
				"gameport": 27015,
				"specport": 0
			}
		]

	}
}
This was for the other link:
Code:
<response>
<success>true</success>
<servers>
<server>
<addr>76.232.193.118:27015</addr>
<gmsindex>65534</gmsindex>
<appid>440</appid>
<gamedir>tf</gamedir>
<region>255</region>
<secure>true</secure>
<lan>false</lan>
<gameport>27015</gameport>
<specport>0</specport>
</server>
</servers>
</response>

It means that the Master Server sees that server and has it in the list. You can try adding heartbeat to your server.cfg file if you want

Also, don't bump

Oops sorry, I just need this to be seen cause I have to get it working, tis urgent.

Also, if that's what it means, then why does it still not show on the server list? I don't think my server.cfg has heartbeat, if it doesn't, I've never needed to use it before.
It's not like the server isn't accessible, people still can join, but some still cant.

I've heard that others fixed it by adding heartbeat to their server.cfg file
