After a player discards an item, it will be automatically deleted for a certain period of time
The benefits of this are:
Some maps come with many ammunition plugins that will be deleted after the countdown ends, resulting in missing ammunition in the map
Do not automatically delete items on the map. Only these items will be deleted after being discarded by the player
In this way, the function of deleting items can be used while reducing the occurrence of Ed-alloc: No Free Edicts
