I need a plugin like Happy Hour :


Within a time interval, all players should receive the Y flag

The "Y" flag is vip


the time for the vip to be activated is in 2 parts

23:00 - 02:00
and
12:00 - 16:00

I need this with message when Happy hour start ( HUD MESSAGE -5seconds)

Happy Hour has started , It will be end at [and here endevent(02:00/16:00)]

And when Happy Hour stop ( HUD MESSAGE - 5seconds)

Happy Hour has ended , See you next time !
