This plugin allows admin to switch player's view, beetwen three types of 3d person.
console command:
amx_view <name or #userid> <type of view>

<type of view> should be 0,1,2,3

Why not just spectate? You should list the advantages of this plugin so users have more of a reason to use it.

This part of code allows to use only arguments from 0 to 3.

I made this plugin for fun only, because i like '3d person' games like "Max Payne", and i always wanted to play CS like a '3d person' game.

There are 2 or 3 plugins that already do this.
Best one is the one you type /cam in tchat to open the camera menu.
