i do this
in my server cfg l4d_maxplayers 10
i use afk plug and when more then 8 players in game some one tipe !team and join to infected 5 vs4 its a bug ...

any plugin that allows you to join a team (via !team, !js, !jointeam2, etc) will do what you mentioned.. you need to disable the command with that plugin.

Does the new version fix the problem with the "Human player limit reached (8/.8" error on Windows servers?

I'm still using L4DTooLz and the remove human player limit command that it has to get around the issue.

Sorry but I couldn't find a change log in either of the archives.

The extension doesn't work all together. The maxplayers is at 4 and refuses to increase

Works for my 10v10 server (has 20 working slots), but http://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?p=1198355 (srsmod) and http://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=113188 (Score/Team Manager) don't work. Something probably needs updating.
