At the beginning of each round I get a message in the middle of the screen ( can see in the picture )
I searched all plugins and none of them contains such content.
What is the relation of this?

It must be one of your plugins. Did you download your server with SteamCMD?

"You already have one!" — this message displays when you try to buy Nightvision when you have it.
So, I think you have bad-coded plugin, which give Nightvision to player multiple times when he respawn (for example).

@Phant - It's possible that you're right - I adjusted the plugin for NVG that it can work for humans and for zombies - and probably I did something wrong.

After several days of testing,the problem is not in NVG .
Has anyone any idea what else could it be ?

Before give someone a nightvision, check if user already has the nightvision and do NOT give nightvision if the player already has one. Probably the problem is that.
