Server crashing upon SM Slay (Don't know how to update)

My hosted Tf2 server crashes upon sourcemod slay, I have read that "Snapshots" has to be updated however I am unable to find any piece of information that states how to update it.

Ah got it thanks, one more question where do you download the upgraded files from? I am currently on the latest SM and MM.

I have downloaded SM Snapshots Windows 1.4.8 hg3630.zip and MM Windows
1.9.3-hg820.zip, replaced the files in my sourcemod and metamod folder, re wrote myself as admin, booted it up slayed and it crashed again.

You need to update your SM to the latest 1.5.* snapshot.
