Description:
-Player can type !knife for the "Knife Menu" or !knifename to choose a custom knife skin.
-Player's knife choice is remembered for future connections.

Notes:
-The custom knife skins only work for players who have the default knives equipped in their inventory.
-You can restrict access to certain flags only using "sm_knifeupgrade" in overrides.
-Supports Automatic Update using Updater.
-Requires Updater to Compile.
-Requires modified version of colors.inc to compile as well.

Note: This cvar is disabled by default, and should only be used if you experience crashes on round end with this plugin.

Note: The new cvar should only be used if you experience round end or random crashes only when using this plugin. This will delay the equip of the knife by the amount of seconds you specify. 

1.0 = 1 second
0.1 = 100 milliseconds (default & fastest equip)

For best experience first try minimal delay increments. 

2.5.3 (05/26/2015):

-Temporarily removed Golden Knife until I make a few more improvements to the code to handle it better
-Added [CS:GO] Weapon Paints support. (The public version of the paint plugin does not support the new knife.)
-Removed 2 CVARS: sm_knifeupgrade_goldknife_crash and sm_knifeupgrade_round_crash. (Remove them from your cfg/sourcemod/sm_knifeupgrade.cfg file or delete the cfg file so it's recreated on next plugin load.)
-Made some improvements to prevent Client XX is not in game when printing messages.

Note: Make sure to update your translation file and not just the plugin itself. If you upload the new files while the server is running you must reload the translation files ( sm_reload_translations ) before loading the sm_knifeupgrade plugin. 

2.5.2 (10/08/2014):
-Added two new cvars: sm_knifeupgrade_goldknife_crash and sm_knifeupgrade_round_crash
-Players are no longer stripped of any weapons or quick swapped on team switch unless either of the new cvars are set to 1. (Only knife is stripped now instead of all weapons as before)

* These new cvars are turned off by default and should only be enabled if you experience round end crashes or random crashes with the golden knife and this (2.5.2) version of the plugin.

Note: This is disabled by default. Some servers will have an issue with this knife. If you have issues where the gold knife won't equip, or it just floats in front of you, disable this knife. I have no idea why this knife works on some servers but not others. I think it doesn't work on servers where game mode is "Classic Competitive"

IMPORTANT NOTES:

"Deathmatch Goes Advanced" by h3bus

Make sure in Addons/Sourcemod/Config/Deathmatch.ini you have:

"dm_weapons_allow_3rd_party" "1"

If you don't have this set to 1, there is a good chance your server will experience random crashes. 

This plugin is not compatible with the CS:GO built-in deathmatch mode. (+game_type 1 +game_mode 2)

Players must have the default T/CT knife equipped in order to receive a knife skin from this plugin.

Put knifeupgrade.phrases.txt in addons/sourcemod/translations
Put sm_knifeupgrade.smx in addons/sourcemod/plugins
