Connect Messages Steam Id -No steam Player - ip

Hi !
i wanna a plugin to show steam id when a player is connects/disconnects, if not have steam id show ip !
Exemple:

Player (steam_id:00210151) connected

No-steam player

Player (IP:77.82.214.241:2007) connected

I think Bailopan (or someone that got access) need to make something like a question when joining "If youve read though the rules then you know the answer.Is no-steam supported? [TEXTBOX]"

No steam = no support so it aint gonna happen
