Hi,

I was wondering what operating system all you people use.
The cause of my quistion is, that a have tried in about a week now, and i have almost given up.

I can't get Amxban2.0 to work with my database.
And yes, i have installed it correctly!!
I have in fact installed many many databases in MySQL. (but i am not a programmer, so i can't solve it on my own )

When i start my cz server, (i have tried cs too), it write this in the logfiles.

From the log
Quote:
[AMXX] MYSQL error: You have an error in your SQL sy
I don't know why, all i can say is, that my mysql.cfg IS correct, and everything is installed correctly.

The only thing i am wondering about, is this from the log.
I think there should be something saying that my mysql_amx_i386.so i loaded.

Isn't that correct?

From the log
Quote:
[ 1] AMX Mod X RUN - amxx_mm_i386.so v0.16 ini ANY ANY
[ 2] Fun RUN - fun_amx_i386.so v0.16 cmd ANY ANY
[ 3] ENGINE RUN - engine_amx_i386. v0.16 cmd ANY ANY
[ 4] Counter-Strike RUN - cstrike_amx_i386 v0.16 ST cmd Pause Pause
[ 5] CS Stats RUN - csstats_amx_i386 v0.16 cmd ANY ANY
And this is my modules.ini
Quote:
fun_amx_i386.so
engine_amx_i386.so
mysql_amx_i386.so
cstrike_amx_i386.so
csstats_amx_i386.so
Please help me, cause im lost.

My second solution could be, that i am using a "bad" version of Mysql.
Currently im using 4.0.15.
But what are YOU using?

My OS is:
Linux Mandrake 9.2
MySQL 4.0.15
PHP 4.3.4

Please!

Thats a problem with the plugin..
That error is "You have an error in your SQL Syntax around ..."
So talk to who made the plugin

This really belongs in either support or the plugins thread

An Interesting board feature if you can do [ quote="Stuff" ] [ /quote ]
So you could do this

Just wanted to tell you ;)
