Pokemon Dollar 2.0

Description
After kill enemy we get PD, which save on nick.
The PD we can buy exp or legendary pokemon.

Cvar's
In pokemondollar.cfg file

Admin's Commands
pd_give <Player> <PD> - Admin with A flag can give PD to player
pd_take <Player> <PD> - Admin with A flag can take PD to player

Commands
send <Player> <PD> - Players can send PD to others players
pdmenu - this option open main menu, where we can buy some things

Lotto
We can draw out by lot exp from X to Y.
We can draw ouy by lot pokemons too. From 1 to 151. (Aparat from Legends)

ZIP removed. You are not allowed to provide compiled plugin. Re-upload the ZIP without the AMXX file.

Why not save by Steamid ?
It's the most reliable way.

Steam ID currently isn't needing now. But can add steam_id record and if player has steam - steam_id, and player have nonsteam - on nick.

Your not allowed to provide support for Non-Steam because it's illegal.

What is illegal ? Record for Steam on Steam_ID and for nonsteam on IP? Okey i complete save to steam id.

Yes. Better off that you did edit your post.
But anyway your plugin will get removed if it has Non-Steam support in it, especially with you stating that it does.

That's not about at first if illegal or not, name is not reliable, steamid, yes. So, by default your plugin should use steamid because otherwise it will lead to issues. Keeping the name because you want to support non-steam server is not a good reason. You are free to propose how admin want to save data, but by default, steamId has to be by default.
