I need a good HTTP host fast download for my server. Both payed and free.

That's like asking what is the best type of transportation. There is no one answer. If you search you would find this stuff.

depends on your applications, your location, managed/unmanaged hosting, hardware requirements etc

if i recommend a host in aus its probably not going to benefit you

Not actually true. Depending on what your serving there are better solutions these days.

For example static content is best served with NginX. For serving JavaScript, Node.JS seems to be one of the best solutions.

You need to do research and pick what is right for you.

EDIT: Didn't notice you weren't talking about applications. As for host, just pick one. There are tons of reputable hosts. http://WebHostingTalk.com is a forum dedicated to this.
