Where ise the cmd in config.cfg for small sprite ?

This sprite its a default for HL, in CS it appear when the sv_allow_upload is 0 or hpk_maxsize is to small or not exists.

For client its impossible to change to this, it used only when server has incorrect vars.

sv_send_resources, or sv_send_logos i not remember...
