That's strange, many time server crashes after map change.
Any good advice?

Is the map bugged to cause a server crash? Use the map or changelevel command to load the map and see if it crashes then.

...really, do not use "map" command during gameplay.
I will kick all people out of game.
Use it on server launch or if server has "disconnect" and running.
