i can't join my server reason i get this message in consol:

"Server is enforcing file consistency for sprites/fast_wallpuff1.spr
Bad file Server is enforcing file consistency for sprites/fast_wallpuff1.s

Please help !!!

Either remove the plugin that is forcing the consistency check or delete your version of that file and get the correct one from the server.
