Grenades remover/blocker for CS:GO?

Hi, some of the CS:GO AWP maps have grenades on the floor but i would like to remove them or block picking up for players. Any plugin or cvar to do that? It can't remove nades from equipment because VIP on my server have own grenades.

You can edit map entities with Metamod:Source plugin called Stripper
Stripper:Source (Updated 2011-04-15)

If you are sure, those are part of map design.
