You have a spywarez. oh noez! No one knows how to get rid of those!
If you have windows XP get window's defender, its probably the only decent thing you can DL from microsoft.

What is the error? If it's not loading up, then the spyware/trojan/virus might be blocking it from loading.

Windows Defender
CCleaner
HiJackThis
SpyBot
PandaSoft

This are the programs that I use.

Download Ad-Aware and get rid of all the crap. Works.

okay i tried:
-ad-ware (do you really need to pay just to remove the files)
-Windows Defender (only got rid of a few things)
-spybot (showed me lots of areas where there was spyware, only deleted some of it)
and i still get pop-ups even when i'm not using the internet.

If you're still connected to the interweb, you'll still get pop-ups. It's not dependent on browser activity.
