i saw on one server (there was nice dark) that flash explodes nice with nice dynamic blue light (yes, dynamic flashbang - existing plguin, but i dont need only this) and... it was frozing (i suppose that setting maxspeed to 1?) players in this dynamic light field, and after x seconds (there was after 2-3) player can go normal speed, it didnt affect to team

someone can try to write this or edit dynamic flashbang and make some freeze in the radius field of this light? ohh.. and remove flashing effect (white screen)
