Hello,

I'm looking for someone to help me to create a plugin that will fix most of existing CS 1.6 bugs and add new usefull things.

Here is a small list of improvements / bug fixes :
- fix flashbugs
- disable tactical shield
- create a better radar (like cs source radar)
- remove +3 frag when bomb explode / defused (already done)
- add say_team /money to show your money to your teamates (already done)
- make a new money system (be able to choose how many $ earn per won/lost round) (already done)
- make weapon's ammo free (already done)
- fix player slowing down when duck under an ceiling or object
- remove money penality on teamkill
- remove -1 frag penality on teamkill
- let players control restartround (everybody "say /ready", then it rs)
- maybe create an anti wallhack plugin (make invisible the players that are behind the walls/objects so if you use wall hack you can't see them). There is already an topic about that, so i'll see
- use mysql database to administrate a multi server LAN using a webserver (PHP)
- save (in a file?) the money, weapons and stuff of each player at each new round to be able to restore the exact game if server crashes ( often occurs on lan )
- ... and a lot more

Feel free to PM if you want to help me !

I'm coding amx plugins since 3 days so i'm not very good, but i know C++ and PHP so i got a decent skill and i learn fast.
That's probably because i've not yet understood perfectly the way amx works

Yes, some of them are already done, but the most important ones aren't

Flashbugs are not fixed, there is no new radar, i don't think there is a plugin which prevent to be frozen when duck under a ceiling,...

So there are still a lot to do i think !

Flashbugs are fixed. There are maps that you download and put them on your server. Radar has been asked about before. Check for it. Prevent being frozen under ceiling, if it is done the way I am thinking of, it has been done. Numb has made some of these plugins.

Do you mean LAN as in Non-Steam?

I don't know. If there is a plugin for CS with steam, it will also work without steam so ... i don't care

Yes, but only some parts of the maps are fixed, not the entire map... so there a still flashbugs

Numb's flashbug fix seems to be what i need.
And his duck fix seems to prevent user from doing silent run using duck, that's not what i'm looking for but maybe his plugin also fix the 'duck under ceiling' bug.

So i'll give it a check, ty !

Well, if you were on one of the best french teams, then I would think that you would know about this:
http://www.cevo.com/index.php?page=downloads&func=cs

Go to where you see this:

Quote:
Flashbug Fix Map Pack CS 1.6 Maps 12-30-2006 Custom map - Extract the contents into the counter-strike directory inside your Steam directory.

Created by: Al "DRAX" Mendoza

This map pack contains the fixed flash bug maps (de-dust2, de_nuke, de_train) and are identical to their original counter parts aside from a hex-edit that inserts an invisible bounding box underneath the infamous ramp "flashbug" box. This invisible box prevents flashes from going under the box.

*NOTE!* only servers need to update their de_nuke! clients may download the patched map if they want but you can join a server that is running the patched version without updating your map, the flashbug will still be fixed.
