Have you guys created a .vdf file for voicehook_mm or added it to MM:S's metaplugins.ini?

Yeah, I just noticed whomever installed it (wasn't me) put voicehook_mm.dll in the SourceMod Extensions folder.

Does voicehook_mm need a .vdf?

When trying to track down an unrelated problem in TF2, I noticed this in sm exts list:

[10] <FAILED> file "voiceannounce.ext.2.ep2v.dll": Could not find interface VOICE_INTERFACE_002 (error 1)
