Valve delayed the CS:S update until after Christmas.

I'm very interested in recording the voice chat onto a hard drive and/or streaming it to voice chat servers such as mumble or teamspeak. Is this possible?

Does a newer version of vaudio_speex.so exist anywhere? Loading the MM plugin currently fails for me with "vaudio_speex.so: undefined symbol: Q_stristr".

I'm assuming that this file can be obtained from the Steam Linux Beta, so I'll see if I can set this up on VirtualBox or AWS now.

You should probably upload the libtier0.so and libvstdlib.so's from the Steam install you pulled it from, there is no guarantee it matches the server's (that's why Valve had to rename the file).

Possible to hook the voice and just block it from being transmitted to the server using SourceMod and VoiceHook?
