[REQ] Fade to black Plugin

I need a plugin that fade to black the screen of a dead/spect player and:
1. all sounds off
2. fps camera on team mates (no overview)
3. imm to admins

Search for Block Ghosting plugin in Unapproved section, its not exactly what u want but it will do the job, if u need this for lan players.

yeah i would really want this plugin as well, been searching for it, but no luck
