Is there any plugin that can ban nick

i don't want to ad that nick on users.ini

or any plugin that can ban player for not joining the server

only stream id ban works but i want some else plugin that can ban player from joining the server

ip can be changed
sxe ban (hardware id) can also be now changed
amx_bancfg dont works as not almost every one knows how to unban him self

Use SteamID. It works perfectly.

I'm thinking that is a typo because he want's to ban by something other than SteamID yet, only SteamID is the 'for sure' way to ban someone.

Yeah, but there is several "restrict names" plugins. He wants to ban a person. Hence using SteamIDs.

and that nick can also be unbanned by admins

Player can rename, you can not ban him! Search restrict name you will see this plugin
Use register nick plugin in forum if you want

Are you trying to ban the "name" and not the player? So that nobody can use a particular name?

yes i want to ban that nick (name) so that no body can join with that nick

that plugin must also help in unbanning

that admins can use their amx access to ban and unban nicks
